How to Use
- Check the motor model and specifications to ensure it matches your application requirements before installation.
- Install the motor firmly on the equipment bracket, ensuring accurate alignment with the transmission component to avoid vibration.
- Connect the power supply and control signal line correctly according to the wiring diagram (pay attention to positive and negative poles to prevent short circuit).
- Power on and debug, adjust the speed and torque through the control system to reach the required working state.
- After use, cut off the power supply in time, and clean the motor surface to remove dust and debris.
Care and Maintenance
- Regularly check the motor surface and wiring for looseness, damage or aging, and replace the faulty parts in time.
- Keep the motor in a dry and clean environment, avoid contact with water, oil and corrosive substances.
- Add lubricating oil to the bearing every 6 months (for applicable models) to ensure smooth operation.
- Do not overload the motor for a long time, and stop using it immediately if abnormal noise, overheating or other faults occur.
- Store the motor in a cool and ventilated place when not in use for a long time, and power it on for 10 minutes every month to maintain performance.

During the warranty period, we will provide free repair or replacement for quality problems caused by manufacturing defects (excluding damage caused by improper use, overload or man-made factors).
