PCB sourcing coordination
Board requirements, fabrication notes, stack-up information and supplier fit are reviewed against the project package.
CORE CAPABILITY · PCB & PCBA
From Gerber and BOM review to prototype builds and repeat production, ECO ELECTRONICS coordinates PCB sourcing, component procurement, assembly and quality requirements through selected manufacturing partners.
The exact process, inspection route and documentation are confirmed according to board complexity, components, quantity and end-use requirements.

Board requirements, fabrication notes, stack-up information and supplier fit are reviewed against the project package.

Manufacturer part numbers, approved alternatives, availability and purchasing risks are reviewed before quotation where information is available.

Assembly routes are matched to component types, board complexity, sample quantity and expected production volume.

Applicable visual inspection, AOI, X-ray or other checkpoints are confirmed with the selected manufacturing partner.

Programming, functional test, fixtures and acceptance criteria are reviewed as project-specific requirements.

PCBA projects can be coordinated with wire harnesses, enclosures, precision parts and final assembly requirements.
PROJECT DEFINITION
A useful quotation starts with a complete technical package. The selected process and supplier depend on the board specification, component risk, quality plan, quantity and required documentation.
BMS electronics are coordinated through qualified external PCB & PCBA manufacturing partners. ECO manages the controlled technical package, quotation assumptions, sample feedback, inspection points and delivery requirements.
Projects may include a BMS protection board for energy storage, 48V BMS board for home energy storage and other drawing- or Gerber-based battery management PCB assemblies.
Typical scope includes a battery voltage sampling module, CAN communication module for ESS, sensor-interface PCBA and relay-control circuitry defined by the customer BOM and test requirements.
Provide Gerber data, BOM, firmware or programming requirements, functional test method, traceability needs, annual volume and required quality records.
One project interface coordinates requirements, supplier selection, samples, quality checkpoints and delivery around the needs of each project.
Review Gerber, BOM, assembly data, quantities and quality requirements.
Select a qualified external PCB & PCBA route according to process, volume, quality and delivery requirements.
Clarify assumptions, lead-time basis, tooling or test requirements.
Coordinate sample build, inspection records and issue feedback.
Monitor approved requirements, checkpoints and delivery status.
RFQ PREPARATION
Clear files reduce quotation assumptions and help identify component, test and manufacturability questions early.
Projects can be reviewed for prototype, pilot and repeat-production requirements. Supplier selection and quotation depend on complexity, volume and documentation.
Component procurement can be coordinated against the BOM. Availability, approved alternatives and commercial assumptions are clarified during quotation.
Inspection and testing are confirmed case by case. Send the functional requirements, test method, acceptance criteria and fixture information with the RFQ.
Yes. Projects may be coordinated with wire harnesses, precision components, enclosures and product assembly when these requirements are included in the project package.
Share your drawings, specifications, target quantity and quality requirements for an initial project review.
