About ECO ELECTRONICS

These answers explain the current service scope and how projects are reviewed. Final process, documentation, cost and lead-time commitments are confirmed in the quotation for each project.

What does ECO ELECTRONICS do?

ECO ELECTRONICS manufactures wire harnesses and precision components in its own Shenzhen workshops, coordinates PCB & PCBA through qualified external partners, and supports overseas customers from quotation through export delivery.

What production does ECO ELECTRONICS operate in-house?

ECO ELECTRONICS operates in-house wire harness, cable assembly and precision-component production workshops. PCB & PCBA manufacturing is coordinated through qualified external partners under defined project controls.

Which manufacturing processes can be coordinated?

Current capabilities include PCB and PCBA, wire harnesses and cable assemblies, connectors, plastic tooling and injection molded parts, optical and precision components, product assembly, and project-specific quality coordination.

Which industries do you support?

Current focus areas include energy storage, industrial electronics and automation, automotive and mobility, AI and data center hardware, and optical communication components.

Quotation and project preparation

A complete RFQ allows process, supplier, cost, quality and lead-time assumptions to be reviewed on the same basis.

What should I provide for a quotation?

Provide drawings or manufacturing data, BOMs, specifications, prototype and production quantities, testing and inspection expectations, packaging requirements, delivery location and target schedule.

Can you review an early-stage project?

Yes. Mark incomplete information and open decisions clearly. A preliminary review can identify missing data and manufacturing questions before a formal quotation.

Can confidentiality requirements be discussed?

Yes. Confidentiality arrangements and information-sharing boundaries can be reviewed and agreed before sensitive project files are transferred.

How are component substitutions handled?

Approved alternatives should be listed in the BOM. Other substitutions require technical review and customer approval before purchase or production use.

Samples, quality and delivery

Acceptance criteria and required evidence should be agreed during the RFQ stage so they can be included in the project plan.

Can you support prototypes and low-volume production?

Prototype and low-volume requirements can be reviewed according to process, material availability, tooling needs and the selected manufacturing partner’s fit.

How are samples approved?

The approval route may include dimensional inspection, material confirmation, appearance review, electrical or functional testing, assembly fit and documented deviations, depending on project requirements.

Which quality documents can be provided?

Available inspection reports, test records, material documents and traceability depend on the agreed project requirements and verified capability of the selected partner.

How is lead time determined?

Lead time depends on data readiness, component or material availability, tooling, sample approval, production quantity, testing, packaging and export arrangements. It is confirmed in the quotation.

Can several components be delivered as one project?

Yes. PCBAs, harnesses, connectors, housings and selected assemblies can be coordinated together when interfaces, responsibilities and acceptance criteria are defined.

How do I start?

Use the RFQ preparation guide, then send the controlled files, quantities and delivery requirements through the Request a Quote page.

Have a project-specific question?

Send the available files and open questions for an initial review.
